Hi! I’m Elissa

 I am a yoga teacher and a marma and Abhyanga Ayurvedic massage practitioner. I have eight years of experience and have taught internationally in Spain, France and Nicaragua.  I am grateful to have found my teachers at ISHTA and to share the tools passed on to me through the ancient traditions of hatha, tantra, and ayurveda. I have been working closely with my teacher, Alan Finger over the last two years, and co-developed Marma Abhyanga treatments under his auspices.
